Liam Payne’s father was seen arriving in Buenos Aires recently to retrieve his son’s body after his tragic death.
Geoff Payne was swarmed by security and paparazzi after his son’s death earlier this week. He is believed to have flown into the country to organize the repatriation of his son, as confirmed by the Associated Press.
Mr Payne was pictured wearing a navy suit and exiting the hotel where the British star fell from the third-floor balcony on Wednesday.
He was pictured visiting tributes laid out by fans outside the hotel and also took the time to read letters and kiss images of his son.
Fans tried to protect his dad from the press who swarmed him with questions and cameras. He was holding back his emotions that could be read from his eyes.
He thanked fans for taking the time to be here and sent out love to all those for taking out time and effort to organize a tribute filled with letters, flowers, and candles in remembrance of the late celeb.
