The victim was identified as 34-year-old Robert Hall who was reportedly working as a plumbing contractor and had the misfortune of going down a ladder at a high school.

This is when he accidentally slipped and fell into a maintenance hole. He reportedly lost consciousness despite a medical emergency crew providing him with first aid. But they just failed to revive him as the injuries were described as being awfully critical.
