The Prince of Wales has broken his silence for the first time since his father’s cancer diagnosis.
According to reports from local media outlets, the Prince of Wales did not shy away from speaking on the matter which has left the world in a state of shock.
King Charles of Great Britain has been diagnosed with cancer but little details have been revealed so far on this front including which type of cancer he might be suffering from.
The news has left the world in a state of shock but Prince William has been forced to step up to the plate as his wife Kate Middleton is currently on bedrest after abdominal surgery.
On the other hand, his father has recently undergone surgery for an enlarged prostate gland but little did his doctors realize that he has also been diagnosed with cancer as they found a tumor during his routine physical examination.
William was seen taking part in a series of royal duties and engagements, trying to fill in for both the King and Princess of Wales.
During a recently held charity event in London for an air ambulance endeavor, the Prince took the time to speak on the matter in detail and thank all royal fans and supporters for being so kind to his family in general.
He appreciated the long list of well-wishes and expressed gratitude to all those who made this much effort to ensure his father was doing alright during his cancer battle.
“It’s fair to mention that the past few weeks have not been easy on me and the rest of the family. But the love prayers and support shown from all directions is one that cannot be expressed in words. Thank you all!”- the Prince of Wales went on to add.
