Think along the lines of a woman who just got engaged to her loving school teacher who taught her when she was just 13.
The woman explained how it all began when she was called out as a confessed teacher’s pet by her favorite mentor. She was adored by her teacher so much and they always had this bond of sheer respect.
But then one day, 31-year-old Monica Ketchum opted to ask her 56-year-old teacher, Michelle Foster out. Yes, she certainly got the guts to do just that and it did take Miss Foster by surprise.
After a little convincing, the pair began dating and before you knew it, they’re now engaged. The fact that they belong to the same gender and have a massive age difference has people creeped out. Even loved ones feel shy about giving a response in regards to how embarrassing the situation is.
“It’s not uncommon for us to get stares across the board. People have all sorts of bizarre things to mention to us. It’s sad, to be honest. Some call her my gran and it’s just cruel. But we’ve come to terms with the fact that not a lot of people would be happy for us”- she continued.
