A female employee who left for her maternity leave came back to give her boss another huge surprise.
This surprise came in the form of another major pregnancy announcement that left the boss at a loss for words, completely.
Therefore, he decided to fire her on the spot, without any room for an argument or discussion. This left the woman with no place to go as this job helped her earn a living.
She decided to pursue legal action against the boss and filed a lawsuit of unfair dismissal against his name.
The mother ended up winning the case and was awarded a massive 28K pound paycheck by her managing director Jeremy Morgan.
He dismissed her from the job because he felt there was no way that he was going to give her another 36-week maternity leave.
What’s interesting is how the employee spoke highly about her boss and called him a very admirable and respectful individual.
