The famous Florida-based waterfront mansion owned by late Cheers actress Kirstie Alley is finally up in the market for a staggering $6 million price tag.

According to reports from local media outlets, the property was first bought by the actress in 2000 for nearly $1.5 million from Lisa Marie Presley. But now, it’s going up in price by over four times as it gets listed for others to buy in the market.

Alley reportedly passed away last year after a long battle with colon cancer. She was 71.

Interestingly, Lisa Marie Presley died last month after suffering from a cardiac arrest at her own residence.
