Singer Celine Dion has just shared a very vulnerable moment featuring herself in a new documentary called, ‘I am Celine Dion’ where she is shown to be suffering from the most terrifying seizure imaginable.
The scenes start with the Grammy-winning songstress’s doctor examining her, which is related to her complaints of experiencing spasms.
This is where the doctors evaluated her for the Stiff Person Syndrome which is known to be a rare and very progressive type of neuro disorder.
Part of her disease is linked to her entering into contractions while the other has to do with her releasing those contractions. But when the latter does not happen, the sports medicine therapist reveals how the situation can be aggravated and transformed into something else.
As soon as she lies down on the table to get her massage, the singer is seen entering into a continuous state of spasm that could ultimately lead to a crisis.
This is the point where the star enters into a state of full-blown seizure and the doctor mentions how another person from the team is required to bring a medication called Valium that can treat her nervous system.
Then, Dion is heard letting out a few sounds linked to her growing pain that she finds hard to control while facing a downward position. And then she opens up her eyes wide and cannot move on her own.
