Dying rock legend Elton John is shedding light on his life and how poor his health has become.
Fans were devastated last month when the music icon shared that he is only able to see from one eye and not the next. Now, he’s detailing more about his diet and how he’s not allowed to eat a lot.
The star explained in a heartbreaking post how he’s seeing the final days of his life and spending them nibbling on little morsels of fruit such as melon and apple.
He tried to add some humor to the ordeal by claiming that he’s only going to meet his Creator after indulging in his favorite array of sugary treats.
The legend was diagnosed with DM Type II during his early 2000s and that’s when he drooled and added that if he did have a death meal preference, it would not feature anything but sweets as he can’t indulge in them anymore after his diagnosis.
The icon mentioned that he’s really struggling and has gone to some drastic lengths to control his blood sugar levels after several other health situations.
The singer added how it’s been a long time since he sat down and ate everything that he’s dreamed of. Fans are praying for his recovery and hope he does get well soon.
