One woman is going viral after being dubbed as the ‘goth mom,’ which many believe is due to her vampy appearance.
Now, the mother is revealing how tired she has become of others judging her by her appearance and nothing else.
The woman named Jodie who hails from Peebles at the Scottish Borders went on to reveal how she hates being shunned by other kids’ parents and that’s due to her alternative style and take on fashion.
Moreover, the mother also emotionally revealed how her children tend to get left out or excluded because she is a goth.
The 27-year-old model is a mother of two, which includes a six-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. And they both stand out because it’s a small town and also because of her striking looks that many can’t help but catch a glimpse of.
Covered with tattoos, piercings, and plenty of bright-toned dreadlocks too, this woman is definitely in a fashion league of her own and while she may adore her robust sense of style, others may not approve.
“I am just so sick and tired of people not letting their children be friends with mine, solely because of the way I appear,” she added.
“Some parents are so afraid that they refuse to even stand beside me at the school playground,” she mentioned.
In a recent post by the Mirror, the mother of two spoke about how much negative attention she receives on a daily basis and that’s especially because she tends to go out a lot.
Be it shopping or the park, many just get intimidated by her bold looks.
“I know I can be a lot to handle because not too many are educated about the gothic sense of style,” the mother adds but she just wishes that some would be more open to accepting her for who she is, instead of passing out negative energy towards her and her children.
