NFL superstar Travis Kelce has just confirmed that he will not be attending the Grammys.
Many people from the entertainment industry were excited to see Kelce and Swift make their first appearance on the Red Carpet together. But little did they or anyone else realize that this would not be the case.
Swift is all set to make it big this year again with many accolades added to her name. Now, it’s a different ballgame altogether as the NFL player confirmed how he would not make his way to the grand show.
Kelce hoped and wished his girlfriend well and could not wait to watch her on television. “Seeing her in person winning and getting rewarded for all of her hard work would be a dream”- the star explained.
Kelce spoke during his recently held podcast and how he belongs to the Grammys with Swift. But he won’t be able to make it in time because he’s got a game coming up and it’s serious.
For those who might not be aware, the Kansas City Chiefs are one step closer to qualifying for the Superbowl Championship and this means serious business.
“Unfortunately, the Super Bowl is all set to take center stage this month. And for that, I need to be there with the team. We got just one week left and it’s crunch time”- he started to explain.
The Grammys are all set to take center stage so soon and with the major event of the sports world clashing with the major event of the music industry, it just makes all the more sense as to why the pair have to deal with their priorities.
The Kansas City Chiefs are going to be at practice and making sure they’ve got their game nailed down well. But as far as the rest are concerned, that’s not the case. All eyes are on the major Super Bowl match, another added.
