Musician Grimes is putting more pressure on tech entrepreneur Elon Musk with a new lawsuit that threatens the billionaire for not giving her due rights to see her three kids.
The news comes just weeks after the leading celeb had demanded the world’s richest person to allow her to see her children because she was their mother and deserved the right to know how they were doing.
However, it appears that Elon Musk failed to pay heed and is now going to suffer the consequences after the musician rolled out a shocking new lawsuit in his direction.
The couple who share three kids together had plenty of people talking when the petition came forward and demanded Musk properly secure a parental relationship. This was all done through a court hearing in California recently.
Moreover, this petition is a new means of identifying how the child’s legal parents are when they’re unmarried. Hence, it could be used for the sake of proceedings for matters linked to child custody as well as orders for child support.
As of recently published reports, it does not appear that Elon Musk has opted to respond on a matter that is not only highly personal but has not been brought forward in the public eye for the world to judge.
It was only a few weeks back that the world found out that Musk had not two but three kids with Grimes but he failed to share more details on the matter and vowed to disclose the facts when his new memoir was released. And as you can imagine, that had plenty of people talking.
Grimes says Musk has done everything in his power to keep her children away from their real mother but she is no longer in the mood to beg or plead and will now resort to allowing the court to intervene and get back her rights. She also added how Musk has blocked all forms of contact to make sure she is no longer in touch with them.
