One woman is sharing her dilemma after undergoing a DNA test.

 

She says that she and her husband were happily married for many years and even had a great family together. Think along the lines of a marriage spanning 17 years. 

Now, she claims that her husband is actually her cousin, as proved by a recently conducted DNA test. And there can be nothing worse in her eyes than this, she continued. 

Many questioned why she felt the need to undergo such a test in the first place. And that’s when she mentioned that a lot of it had to do with the simple fact that she wished to gain more knowledge about her family heritage. 

“I had zero idea that it would cost me big time. It’s just heartbreaking and devastating for me to see all of this. I am beyond upset and furious at this behavior. I wish I never took the test in the first place”- she adds. 

The mother of three who goes by the name of Celina and hails from Colorado says it’s just a bizarre feeling knowing that your partner is your cousin. And because of that, a lot of her dynamics in the marriage have also shifted. And right now, she’s just not loving the behavior. 

Her partner’s name is Joseph and it’s just annoying for them to have to go through something like this when all that they were trying to do was find out more about their families. 

She even mentioned how her kids are also not loving this behavior as they feel their mom and dad are growing apart with each passing day. 

The couple opted to break the news to their followers on TikTok and they were beyond curious about the matter. After all, it’s only rare that something like this comes out in the open, after so many years of marriage.
