Meghan Markle’s mother is making her debut appearance in the couple’s high-profile and much-awaited docuseries by Netflix.
Doria Ragland does not shy away from mentioning why she felt Harry was the right man for her daughter. And that includes his good looks, his red hair, and his good manners.
Doria pops up as a part of a surprise interview in the docuseries that was launched today on Netflix as viewers sit on the edge of their seats to see what the drama is all about.
This is the first time that Doria Ragland is commenting on the couple’s relationship in public. The 66-year-old yoga instructor mentioned how happy she was to find out who her daughter was seeing and whom she had chosen as her potential candidate for the future.
“I could tell how happy the couple was together. They were just so much in love and I had a hard time seeing anything but that. They shared a chemistry that was magical”- she went on to add.
Doria adds that the first meeting she had with Harry was enough for her to gauge that he was right for her.
Meghan Markle’s mother revealed how she is now ready for the world to hear her voice for the first time after being through a challenging five-year period in her life.
Looking dead straight at the camera, she is seen being quizzed by so many producers about the first time that her daughter mentioned her romance with the royal. This was in 2016.
She recalled that exact moment when her daughter came forward and mentioned the news to her. At that time, she happened to be acting in the role of Rachel Zane for Suits.
“Mommy, I am going out with Prince Harry!”- she revealed and that was definitely a shocker for her.
