Stevan Phan and his wife had just gotten married and they wished to spend some moments to make memories that would last a lifetime together.
But little did they know that this trip of theirs was doomed, to begin with. Phan reportedly vanished below the surf while the duo happened to be snorkeling off the Electric Beach. His wife did everything to try and locate him but he was gone.
On that note, his wife quickly swam ashore and did everything in her power to try and get help.
A nearby spear fisherman was quick to jump in and locate his body. He was dragged ashore and bystanders began to perform CPR but it was in vain. He was gone and this was not going to bring him back to life.
