It would not be wrong to mention that parenting styles can be awfully controversial sometimes and this next story is proof of just that and more.

The young mom claims that her daughter’s head was infested with lice. And she certainly had no idea how to get rid of it. Moreover, she did consider seeking professional help but it was just out of control, and seeing her daughter in this pain made it hard for her to sleep at night.

On that note, she decided to force her daughter to shave her head clean, and according to her, that was the ideal solution to solve such a situation.

But not everyone agrees and her loved ones feel that doing such an act has shattered her child’s confidence who finds it hard to face the world as a girl with a bald head.

Now, the mom is asking others what they feel about the scenario and if what she did was right or wrong.

Calling the blood-sucking buggers the worst dilemma that she’s been forced to deal with as a parent, the mom says it’s shocking how people would ever raise a finger at her when all she was trying to do was help her poor girl out.

“Ever since I did it, it has brought her relief. She used to constantly scratch her head and the fear of it spreading to others including her pupils at school was really something that was not easy to deal with”- the mom adds.

But others feel that head lice is quite common among youngsters and perhaps the mom should have sought more medical help, in case the medications and guidance she received at the start were not helpful. What do you think?
