President Biden seemed to be in an awfully playful mood recently.
The country’s head of state was seen inviting the Superbowl Champions to the White House recently.
And that’s when he spoke about banning Travis Kelce from speaking on stage because of all the questions regarding Taylor Swift that were being thrown in his direction.
Biden who donned a helmet had left some so confused while others tried to decipher what the president was trying to prove.
The gimmick did spread a lot of smiles and some went as far as to add how they’ve never seen Biden be so playful with an athlete than what he was doing today.
When Kelce did come on stage, he mentioned how scared he was to be here and that perhaps talking less would be preferred as he didn’t wish to be tasered.
“I would like to have Travis Kelce come up here to speak but I am so worried about what he might end up stating”- Biden chuckled and everyone else started to laugh too.
The ceremony was held at the South Lawn in the White House and while many others were in attendance, it was clear that Swift’s absence was being missed.
