Terrifying reports have confirmed how a senior in high school and her older DJ lover were fatally shot while going to their homecoming dance.

The victims were identified as 17-year-old Dashayla Ardoin who hailed from Louisiana while her lover was 21-year-old Glenkeithan Robertson from Opelousas.

The duo were super excited to make their way to the high school’s prom’s homecoming activities but who knew the happiness would be so short-lived.

Ardoin was a student there and the fact that she was killed near the campus made it heartbreaking as she was the most excited for this special day of hers.

Initial investigations are pointing out this case to be one of murder or suicide but the Sheriff’s office claims that nothing can be confirmed just yet as they are investigating the matter.

Speaking to People Magazine, Robertson was believed to be the shooter but the motive is yet to be determined, the initial reports claim.

One witness for the incident explained how he heard gunshots after the couple pulled over inside a truck. Still, the matter cannot be confirmed yet.

The witness who is yet to be identified said that what he saw was beyond his wildest imagination, adding how it was nothing good and he wished he had never seen it.
