Hilaria Baldwin’s wordless response to charges against her husband being dropped is making rounds on the internet.

65-year-old Alec Baldwin was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter after fatally shooting cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the Rust movie set in Santa Fe, New Mexico, back in late 2021.

Throughout the last year, the embattled actor maintained innocence saying he never pulled the trigger on the prop gun that was loaded with a live bullet and given to him by armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

Though the FBI previously dismissed Baldwin’s claims, new evidence now suggested that the gun used in the killing of Hutchins was modified so that it was able to fire rounds without the trigger actually being pulled.

The Wall Street Journal has since cited a source with knowledge of the investigation who said the criminal charges against Baldwin were dropped after his version of the events was confirmed by the new evidence.

“We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident,” the actor’s lawyers said in a statement.

Responding to the good news for the Baldwin family was also the actor’s wife, Hilaria, who shared a powerful photo showing her clutching her husband’s arm while sitting in his lap and leaning on his shoulder.

The picture has since gone viral on Instagram where thousands of fans voiced their support for the couple.

“So happy for justice to be done in this tragic case,” one person said.

“We’re with you every step of the way, hope you can now move on together as a family,” another expressed.

A third wrote: “You two have leaned on each other in a capacity unlike any other with the arrow of love bending towards what you knew to be true.”

Sharing a tribute to his wife was also Alec who posted another photo showing the couple enjoying each other’s company after the charges were dropped.

“I owe everything I have to this woman,” he captioned his picture.
