The cause of death for Hollywood’s iconic actress Betty White has been revealed.
The renowned Golden Girls actress passed away at the age of 99 on New Year’s Eve, shocking many loved ones, fans, followers, and colleagues. And that’s because she was just a few weeks away from celebrating her milestone 100th birthday.
Now, sources from TMZ have gone on to reveal how the famous celeb passed away at her residence during the later hours of Thursday night. Moreover, her agent Jeff Witjas issued a public statement to People Magazine where he confirmed that she did indeed pass away from natural causes.
“She passed peacefully. Even though she was about to be 100, I thought Betty would live forever. I know she never feared death because she always wanted to be with her most beloved husband Allen Ludden. She knew that she would be with him again,” her agent revealed in the emotional statement.
Betty White’s life began in Oak Park, Illinois in the year 1922 as that is where she was born. In Los Angeles, she began her career as a radio personality during the 1930s. But her actual career boost came with a mega role as Rose Nylund in the famous sitcom from the 80s called The Golden Girls.
However, just a few days before her death, Betty gushed about how excited she was to celebrate her 100th birthday. And this can be seen via her final heartbreaking post where she wrote, “My 100th birthday… I cannot believe it is coming up.”
The renowned Golden Girls actress always gushed about how her secret to a long life were things that she loved and kept very close to her heart. This included a diet full of hot dogs, French fries, and her ever-so-famous vodka martini.
