King Charles was seen honoring Princess Kate of Wales for her years of public service.
The news comes as both senior members of the royal family are battling from each of their cancer diagnoses.
The Princess of Wales ended up receiving the most unique form of honor from the King with this recognition for her years spent doing this public service after she was appointed to The Order of The Companions of Honor.
42-year-old Kate ended up making a Royal Companion for the organization that was founded by King George V in the year 1917. This was to recognize all the great efforts put forward in the fields of arts, sciences, medicine, and even public service.
As per reports from Daily Mail recently, this happens to be the first time that a member of the royal family was appointed in this regard.
But royal fans it was truly well deserved and couldn’t have come at a better time as the Princess is currently going through a lot in regards to juggling family life with royal duties and her cancer battle.
Kate just released a new image of her son Prince Louis in honor of her sixth birthday and many were happy to see her back to work, even for a short bit.
