Near the end of the President’s speech, the television cameras cut and that clearly suggested that the Russian President was not being portrayed live.

The President took the stage at the country’s World Cup Stadium in Moscow where he stood dressed in a 10,000 pound Loro Piana Jacket, keeping aside the fact that his country is currently under the pressure of huge sanctions from the West and how the economy was in shambles.
