Kelly Clarkson’s former husband, Brandon Blackstock has been ordered to return a staggering amount of money.
He was accused of charging the star a huge sum of money while serving in the role of her manager, as revealed by local media outlets.
The millions of dollars that were reportedly charged were due to his commission which he opted to keep and earn millions more from by investing. But the matter was not going to go unnoticed by the celeb who says she’s had enough.
The California labor commissioner went on to rule on Thursday that that act was unfair and not legal. Therefore, Blackstock would be slammed and forced to pay all the millions he reportedly stole from her in the name of commission.
But he’s not going down without putting up a fight. He made that very clear last night when the decision was rolled out about how he was keen on appealing as he felt it was just not right.
As per legal documents mentioned and attained by Page Six, he was believed to have acted unlawfully when he made bookings regarding those gigs and therefore went about inking deals for his then-wife and judge on The Voice.
