One woman is causing a major stir online after revealing how she likes to eat her cake.
While the majority loves to have their sweet treat with a spoon, one woman claims she cannot stand having her cake slice with anything other than a fork.
The news has managed to spark a major row on social media, leaving so many viewers divided on her decision.
The woman who chose to keep her identity anonymous put forward her question on the platform of Mumsnet, hoping for a productive decision on what was the right way to eat cake.
But little did the woman know that it would create a huge stir and turn into a massive debate that has so many in wonder.
“I use a fork to eat my slice of cake. Be it chocolate fudge, or any other flavor, for me, it’s a fork all the way”- she bold confirmed. Moreover, she even went as far as stating cutlery like spoons were solely reserved for dishes like soup, and that triggered plenty of people in the wrong direction as they began to disagree.
The woman also spoke about how her partner held the opinion that it certainly does not matter what you use to eat your cake slice, as long as you enjoy it!
However, the woman quickly disagree with her spouse’s thoughts, adding how that was not right.
“You can never enjoy your cake slice with a spoon,” she further reiterated.
In a matter of minutes, people were quick to jump in and current the woman on which type of cutlery should and shouldn’t be used for the cake.
While some did agree with her, claiming how the fork is the most popular cutlery to use, others had a different stance altogether.
One stated how the spoon was perfectly fine to use, while quite a few spoke about how they enjoy their cake with simply their fingers.
