Prince Harry and Prince William may have inherited a lot of their late mother’s estate when she died but new reports claim they won’t be getting it all.

Diana who died in a horror car crash in Paris in 1997 left a lot of wealth behind. Her driver was trying his best to flee the paparazzi and that wild chase led to a massive car crash that took her life, her lover Dodi Fayed, and the car’s driver.

The wealth she enmassed was equivalent to 13 million pounds and a lot of jewelry but her childhood residence called Althorp Estate will not be under her own kids’ name, a source confirmed.

Instead, it’s going to an actor as reported by The Mirror recently. This residence has been a part of the Spencer family since the start of 1508.

Hence, it would go to William and Henry’s cousin who happens to be Louis Spencer, who is the son of Diana’s brother Earl Charles Spencer. And while he does have three sisters, they will not be inheriting due to the aristocratic system involved.

Many assumed Diana’s family home would automatically be passed down to the boys but it’s clear how that’s not happening, not that any of them need it. But as heirs, it’s shocking, to say the least as explained by royal experts.
