The tragic passing away of A-list actor Matthew Perry arose last week and since then, a lot has been revealed about the star that many of his fans did know.
The star mentioned plenty of details about his personal life in the memoir he received and how he was incredibly successful and fortunate but yet was so lonely.
Not only did the 54-year-old star pass away alone at his mansion in LA inside a jacuzzi tub, but he was never able to fulfill his lifelong dream which was linked to having a family and a wife of his own that he would call home.
When asked in detail about settling down and starting a family, the star said he would find that to be great for him. He also shed light on how he grew up with so many little ones around him and that is the main reason why he couldn’t wait.
Similarly, he added how the next person in his life would be someone that he’s truly in love with and not be scared by those things that scare him.
But toward the end of his existence, the leading actor in the industry still refused to date anyone and that just makes this whole ordeal so sad.
He was similarly damaged and throughout his career, he appeared to be fighting diseases. Moreover, his struggle with drugs and alcohol lasted for years and we are talking decades. And there were plenty of occasions where he felt like he was not capable of getting loved.
Matthew Perry put out a string of broken relationships and flings alongside some of the industry’s most adored women. This included the likes of Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz, Lizzy Caplan, Valerie Bertinelli, and also Gwyneth Paltrow.
Speaking more in detail about the subject regarding a long series of broken romances, a lot of leading ladies of the industry just couldn’t seem to find that bond with him. And it was tragic, to say the least.
