Seeing Prince George and Princess Charlotte make their way to the Royal funeral yesterday in honor of the Queen has taken the world by surprise.
But if you think the young sibling duo was randomly chosen to attend at the last minute, that’s not the case, as recently revealed by royal reporters.
They might just be 9 and 7 years old, but two of Prince William and Princess Kate’s children proved to many on numerous occasions of the past that they were ready to participate in state events in the future if required.
The duo remained dignified and followed royal protocol while surrounded by their mom Princess Kate of Wales. She kept her eyes on her kids the whole time, comforting them and giving them hugs and pats on how well they were doing despite so much pressure on their tiny shoulders.
There were little glimpses of Charlotte remaining her brother of when to bow, and then seeing her burst into tears made many realize that emotions are real and these kids go through a lot as young royal members.
But before the funeral, the two kids proved they could be trusted to deal with the public spotlight.
The duo behaved well at the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations that were held in the month of June and also during Prince Philip’s Service of Thanksgiving during the month of March of this year.
Despite the spotlight being on them, they could do well, which just showed their parents and other members of the Royal Family that they were ready to enter the limelight again if needed.
As far as Prince Louis is concerned, he was called out for being too young and unprepared. The four-year-old really made headlines at the Queen’s Jubilee event when he was caught making faces and cheeky displays throughout all the events.
Therefore, his parents felt they would be better off leaving him home until he got older.
