Jennifer Aniston, 54, has wowed her fans as she shared a glimpse of her workout routine that helps her maintain her youthful appearance.

The Hollywood actress flaunted her toned tummy as she teamed up with Pvolve, an online fitness program, and posed for a series of photos featuring the program’s innovative equipment.

The Friends star first joined the program in 2021 in search of a solution to stay active while “facing burn-out from her shooting schedule, rigorous workouts, and a back injury.”

By 2023, Jennifer joined the company and never looked back. She now also shared glimpses from her Pvolve workout, leaving fans in awe of her toned physique and defined abs.

“As we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,” the Hollywood A-lister said in an interview with People.

“I like to find something that really works and then share it with my girlfriends. If I had known about it 20 years ago when I was breaking my body to begin with, we would’ve saved so much pain.”

Praising the program and explaining how it’s different from the rest of the workouts out there, she added:

“I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good. Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain. It has to be an hour of a workout. You have to work out three times a day.

“With this, you can start gentle. My girlfriend transformed her entire body, and it just had such a beautiful snowball effect in so many positive areas of her life.”

Working out, however, isn’t the only thing Aniston pays attention to to maintain her flawless physique.

As she explained, she makes sure to keep her diet in check and starts her days with warm lemon water to boost her metabolism. She also practices intermittent fasting – the so-called 16:8 diet in particular – which involves going food-free for 16 hours in a row.

On top of a healthy diet and regular exercise, Jennifer also practices yoga and meditation to reap benefits both for her body and her mind.
