Dwayne Johnson ended up with a face full of peanut butter after her daughter played her favorite game with him.
Dwayne Douglas Johnson, also known by his ring name The Rock, 49, is an American actor, businessman, and former professional wrestler.
Regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, he wrestled for WWE for eight years prior to pursuing an acting career.
His films have grossed over $3. 5 billion in North America and over $10. 5 billion worldwide, making him one of the world’s highest-grossing and highest-paid actors. The actor may be one of the world’s most in-demand movie stars, but despite that, he still doesn’t forget to spend quality time with his family, especially with his daughters, shared in an adorable video.
In a post he shared on his Instagram, Johnson gave his fans a glimpse of how he spends his quality time, and much like his work life, it seems to involve a lot of getting hit in the face.
He captioned it with: “You’d think after all this time, I’d learn my lesson of playing my little tornado’s favorite game, “Daddy Close Your Eyes” 👁🙈💀😈🤣 What a fool I am 😉🙋🏽♂️”
In the video clip, Jasmine, 6, is seen giggling as she holds up a massive sheet of aluminum foil covered in peanut butter. Johnson is sitting in front of her with his eyes closed, laughing nervously as his daughter tastes some of the peanut butter herself.
He says: “I trust you Jazzy, I hear a lot of foil.”
Jasmine bursts out her uncontrollable laughter as she started to slam the foil full of peanut butter to Johnson’s face. Johnson removes the foil in his face and also laughs as he sees her daughter full of happiness.
It seems his two youngest girls keep him on his toes at all times, even when “Daddy Close Your Eyes” risky injured him to his more sensitive parts.
He also cherishes these little moments as he believes that one day they’ll be grown & gone, and smashing the shit outta daddy’s face with peanut butter is the last thing they’ll want to do – so while they still love hanging out with daddy ~ bring on the peanut butter!! 😂❤️
The actor is a father to his 20-year-old daughter, Simone, from his 1st marriage with Dany Garcia. They announced they were separating amicably on June 1, 2007, and their divorce was finalized in May 2008.
In February 2020, the WWE announced that Simone began training at the WWE Performance Center, making her the first fourth-generation WWE wrestler. On May 16, Johnson announced she had signed a contract with WWE.
After his divorce from Garcia, Johnson began dating Lauren Hashian and they got married on August 18, 2019, in Hawaii. The couple has two daughters: Jasmine, 6, and Tiana, 3. The family resides in Los Angeles, having also a farm in Virginia and a second home in Southwest Ranches, Florida.
In September 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Johnson revealed that he, his wife, and their two young daughters had all tested positive for (and since recovered from) COVID-19. He said they contracted the virus after contact with family friends.
With all of this, it seems like Johnson is doing his best to take his role as a girl’s dad seriously. In 2021 he told the People: “The most important thing that I’ve learned about raising daughters is to just be there, how important that is. Having an expanded capacity to listen and be more tender and gentler.”
