Justin Baldoni’s legal team is opening up about the actor’s plans after being severed a major lawsuit by actress Blake Lively.
Baldoni’s lawyer spoke about how the star has no ill will towards Lively and never meant to harm her. He also never expected her to come up with a lawsuit like this that featured the most striking allegations.
Speaking on the Today Show, the lawyer who goes by the name Bryan Freedman mentioned how there was no truth in those accusations that were orchestrated about him starting a smear campaign to ruin her career.
He also explained how no such intentions ever existed to damage Lively’s reputation after the movie was released.
‘From the start, Baldoni shared that none of these claims were true. I don’t want anything negative toward her and I don’t wish to harm her’- the lawyer explained.
Despite stating all this, the actor’s legal time is all set to serve Lively with a legal notice as they’re definitely finalizing the plans to countersue the Gossip Girl alum.
‘We will release every single text that was sent between the former co-stars’- he continued. He also shared how the lawsuit by Baldoni against the New York Times is already launched but it’s now time to sue Lively as there’s no way she will get away with this.
The text screenshots shared by the NYT were said to be out of context. He also mentioned that he’s not asking anyone to choose a side but the world should know what really happened.
