Kevin Costner’s ex Christine Baumgartner has spoken out and complained about the slashed child support and her financial lookout.
The 49-year-old has revealed plans to “enter the workforce” and return to work amid a bitter divorce from the Yellowstone star while taking time to slam the child support payments which were slashed from $129,000 to $63,000 a month by Judge Thomas Anderle.
While the judge insisted the temporary payments made by Costner to his ex were excessive and unreasonable, Baumgartner, who demanded $248,000 a month from the state, allegedly dismissed the ruling as a complete joke.
“Christine is shocked. She said even Kevin looked shocked. Everyone looked shocked,” a source told DailyMail.com.
“To say Christine is disappointed is an understatement. She described the ruling is a complete joke.”
The insider who is said to be close to the mother-of-three added: “Christine said they (Kevin and his lawyers) painted the picture of this shallow, greedy gold-digger and that if Kevin could get past his anger and revenge, he would see how this is hurting their kids.
“She said Kevin is ripping her apart from her community by making it impossible to live in the tight-knit neighborhood. Christine said this was never about beach views and Kevin knows this. He knows how much the community means to Christine, and that this is his way of punishing her.”
Meanwhile, it was revealed that Baumgartner complained about her new $40,000-a-month rental home saying it wasn’t good enough for her family because her kids needed beach access.
She is also said to have told her ex to pay for her legal fees amounting to $575,000 from his own pocket while requesting an additional $280,000 to cover alleged costs of ‘experts.’
