Popstar Britney Spears and her ex Kevin Federline are bashing reports that claim the singer was taking meth.

The former couple is going public about how the behavior was ridiculous and they’re shunning those that believe in the baseless allegations that have come out in the open in the past few days.

Federline who is Britney’s ex and the father of her children was caught mentioning how this kind of news really saddens him and his entire family. He added how it’s not something that people were expecting to come out as it’s all fake and false with zero truth in it.

The singer being on drugs is a speculation that has also made the star’s fans upset. They defended Spears and says that she was already going through so much and to deal with something like this is unimaginable.

The news comes after a report was published this past weekend in the Daily Mail. This is where a reporter alleged that Federline was very cautious about Britney meeting his kids because she was taking drugs and a special mention of Meth was made.

Remember, the news comes at a time when her family had said that they feared the star might die like Amy Winehouse by overdosing on drinks and drugs.

Spears was also seen responding to another post that she shared on Instagram. This is where she addressed both of her sons that she shared with Federline and how they’re in a strained relationship with her.

Both Britney and Federline have expressed mega outrage over the incident. Federline says he never quoted any such statement and is baffled at how mean the news can be.

Spears similarly revealed through her social media account how she did not accept this sort of news coming out about her and deeply condemned it.
