Gender row boxer Imane Khelif is calling out tech billionaire Elon Musk for leading a very cruel campaign against her.
The star athlete who won the women’s boxing championship in Paris this year has been slammed by critics for having an unfair competition.
She’s faced a lot of criticism on this front in the women’s welterweight competition category despite the authorities confirming that she is indeed a female and therefore has no unfair benefits.
Amongst those who spoke against the star are Elon Musk and JK Rowling, who have been named in her latest lawsuit for spreading hate and misleading information about her online.
Khelif revealed during an emotional interview that she does not understand why so many people hate her. She specifically asked Elon Musk to get the chance to know her before passing any judgments.
While Musk has yet to reply, the stat did break down into tears while speaking about how such comments hit hard and are so personal.
“I’ve done nothing to deserve this. It’s not fair that my talent is mistaken for something else. I have won fair and square and the world is witness to that”- she added.
Musk and Trump were amongst the first to speak against the Algerian superstar boxer, stating it’s wrong to allow her to compete.
