She spoke about the need to stand up for what’s right in today’s society. She also sheds light on how it does not make sense to speak about other people’s race and appearance and think that you’re superior to them.
These were foreigners who already felt alienated in a country that was not their original home. For her, that was a good enough reason to be kind but still, the behavior put forward by many left her stunned.
