Kim Kardashian has been accused of kidnapping her own children amid a bitter custody war with Kanye West.
The KUWTK star and the 44-year-old rapper have been at each other’s throats following the announcement of their divorce. Now, they have taken their custody battle a step further with Ye accusing the socialite of “kidnapping” his kids.
The accusations started flying both ways after the estranged father shared a picture of North on social media and told his followers that Kim had put her on TikTok against her will.
“Since this is my first divorce I need to know what should I do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will?” the rapper wrote.
Responding, the 8-year-old girl’s mother came up with a lengthy statement in which she branded herself as the family’s “main provider and caregiver” and said Kanye brought her family nothing but pain.
“Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create,” the Kardashian wrote.
“As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision – because it brings her happiness.
“Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all.”
She added: “From the beginning I have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way.”
Now, Ye has once again hit back at his ex by accusing her of kidnapping his daughter on her birthday and lashing out at her Chief Financial Officer Tracy Romulus.
“What do you mean by main provider? America saw you try to kid nap my daughter on her birthday by not providing the address,” he wrote.
“You put security on me inside of the house to play with my son then accused me of stealing I had to take a drug test after Chicago’s party cause you accused me of being on drugs. Tracy Romulus stop manipulating Kim to be this way.”
