King Charles’ heartbreaking plea to his quarreling sons has been revealed.
In his bombshell memoir, Prince Harry accused his brother, Prince William, of physically attacking him while revealing what his father, King Charles, allegedly wished for after Prince Philip’s funeral in April 2021.
As the Duke of Sussex insisted in an excerpt obtained by The Guardian, his father stood between him and William and looked at both of their faces before making a desperate plea.
“Please boys, don’t make my final years a misery,” he allegedly said.
Among other bombshell allegations made in Spare, Harry also accused the heir to the throne of physically attacking him and leaving him with visible injuries during a 2019 argument over Meghan.
As Harry insisted, Prince William called his wife rude and difficult after Harry complained about his relationship getting targeted by the press.
In anger, William allegedly responded with physical violence.
“He set down the water, called me another name, then came at me. It all happened so fast. So very fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor,” Harry wrote.
“I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”
After the fight, William allegedly asked Harry to hit him back before leaving his home looking regretful.
Instead of immediately telling his wife about the altercation, Harry allegedly went on to call his therapist and ask for help.
It wasn’t until Meghan noticed bruises on Harry’s back that the prince finally admitted he was attacked by his older brother – an incident that Meghan allegedly wasn’t all that surprised about.
