Unfortunately, a retired fire chief fell victim to the heinous actions of the shooter who ended up killing him before being shot dead by Trump’s Secret Service Agents.
As Trump was seen speaking, the uniform and helmet belonging to Corey Comperatore were placed right before his eyes. On that note, Trump got up and kissed the slain individual’s helmet who was also the dad of two young daughters.
Trump got emotional and said that the poor individual did not deserve to die like that, hailing him for his bravery and acts of service to help others throughout his lifetime as the head of the fire department.
Sources from local media outlets spoke about how he was the most loving and selfless individual that you could come across in a long time. He always put others before him and the same could be seen at the shooting that took his life in the end.
