Top sneaker retailer Foot Locker is the latest brand to drop troubled rapper Kanye West from its list of business partnerships as they feel he’s just not worth it anymore.
The company came out recently to confirm that they were indeed ending all forms of ties with the controversial musician.
Moreover, the leading German sportswear company Adidas was seen ending their famous and years-long contract with the rapper yesterday and that is what caused his net worth to drop immensely.
He is also no longer on the list of the world’s top billionaires because his wealth has really hit a standstill, experts revealed.
The lucrative deal is down the drain and the rapper is facing the extreme consequences of his actions, as mentioned in a recent social media post. Therefore, that puts West in a state of absolute turmoil as his own talent agency and record label are no longer willing to work with him.
Fans are trashing his clothes and refusing to listen to his songs. And many feel it’s the end of the road in terms of his career after he chose to make those racist and controversial remarks against the Jews.
The rapper just got his social media handles deleted and restricted. Moreover, seeing him split from all of these giant brands can only cause his empire so much more harm, explained by critics.
Many were recently wondering if the star’s music would still be played on Spotify despite his behavior and the answer is yes!
The brand has no plans of removing or restricting his music for now as confirmed by the company’s chief Daniel Ek who mentioned that he strongly disagrees with the rapper’s sentiments but thankfully the messages that his music gives out is far from just that.
