One woman says she was beyond heartbroken to learn about her mother-in-law’s text messages that exposed the fact that she was having an affair.
Now, she’s in a major dilemma in terms of whether or not she should consider exposing the truth to other family members by letting them in on the matter.
The news has left her upset and confused because she feels it’s just not fair for obvious reasons.
She hails from Australia and ended up putting out the ordeal on the Reddit platform to see what others had to say. And it’s safe to mention that most were just as confused as her as one wrong move would affect a lot of people’s lives.
“Cheating scandals can impact families in more ways than one. They can shatter them in a couple of seconds and I just don’t want to do that to my husband’s family.
I love them all very much but I also feel that doing something as severe as cheating is wrong and therefore her husband should know the truth”- she added.
Many were quick to add how the matter was certainly a complicated one and not that easy to deal with. The fact that the holiday season is upon us all had the woman in a major dilemma. And the thought of drama taking center stage during this time of the year is devastating, she felt.
A lot of people felt that it was time for her to tell the truth, no matter what. Seeing x-rated messages exchanged between both parties at this age is wrong and others shouldn’t be left out in the dark.
A few also added that the mother-in-law should be confronted first by her son, which means the woman should tell her husband before anyone else.
