Justin Timberlake’s lawyer is speaking out after the star was arrested on charges linked to DWI last night.
The attorney’s office has now released a statement regarding the actor’s arrest and how he was handcuffed for being drunk and getting behind the vehicle.
Edward Burke Jr explained how he was very eager and looking forward to representing the star against all the allegations brought forward against his client.
He has a lot to say but right now is not the time. All will be mentioned when the time is right in the courtroom, the statement alleged.
Right now, the lawyer says he is awaiting discovery from the District Attorney’s office.
He was pictured accompanying the singer at the police station where Timberlake was seen wearing handcuffs and making his way out for a court visit.
Not only was he charged with driving while intoxicated but was also said to have made two other violations including failure to stop at the sign and failure to travel in a proper line.
Many critics feel the star will get away from all the charges, provided he has a good lawyer. But only time can tell whether or not that would happen.
