Iron Maiden Lead Singer Paul Di’Anno DEAD


Former Iron Maiden lead singer Paul Di’Anno passed away on Monday at the age of 66.

The tragic news was confirmed by his loved ones who spoke about how the star passed away at his residence in Salisbury in Wiltshire England.

Di’Anno served as the lead vocalist for the hit band from 1978 to 1981. They completed two leading albums with the titles Iron Maiden in 1980 and Killers in 1981 before the current vocalist Bruce Dickinson replaced him.

Another statement released by the Daily Mail shared how ‘on behalf of his family, Conquest Music was said to confirm the death of Paul Andrews who was better known as Paul Di’Anno. He died at his residence in Salisbury at the age of 66.

Paul first rose to fame as the lead singer for the English Heavy Metal band Iron Maiden between the years 1978 to 1981. He sang a number of groundbreaking tunes from his debut album called Iron Maiden and also had the influential follow-up release dubbed Killers.

The star left the band in the year 1981 after developing an addiction to cocaine.
