A young National Guard Airman accused of leaking Pentagon dossiers in chatrooms was seen making a final panicked call to his gamer friends.
The young man says now that he is under arrest, only God can decide what happens from this point onwards as his fate is unpredictable.
Sources from local media outlets went on to detail how the youngster was in the same division as his stepdad who reportedly worked in the same unit for the past 35 years.
Therefore, this sort of behavior was shocking to many as it was not something his seniors saw coming from a man like him. But the way he makes his final panicked call for help showed how desperate he was.
The guardsman was identified as Jack Teixeira who is witnessed pleading for help, right before he sends one final text message before he is dragged away into the custody of officials.
“Guys it has been good. I Love You all and I don’t know what the future holds for me. But it was nice knowing you”- he went on to continue.
His stepfather retired from the forces nearly four years ago and while growing up, he was known for having a massive fascination with the military and armed forces in general.
There is just something about the field that really had him in awe and that is why at a young age, he made the decision to follow in his stepdad’s footsteps.
The authorities raided his home on Thursday in Massachusettes. He was seen being dragged away in handcuffs while donning a white tee shirt and a pair of shorts.
He is accused of telling his group of friends some young teens about some secret documents including the war on Ukraine which was designated to be of the top secret category.
