A Muslim man was left sick and vomiting for days after he discovered the horror inside his Burger King order.
Gundogdu Yuzudik who hails from Enfield in Greater London mentioned how he was a Muslim and for that reason, he had been avoiding bacon for so many years.
For this reason, when he placed his order at a Burger King branch located at Stansted Airport, he requested his server several times while placing the order to not include any bacon inside his burger.
However, reports reveal that his double cheeseburger sandwich was stuffed with bacon.
“I took a bite out of the burger and I knew instantly that something was not right,” the 22-year-old male explained. And to his horror, he soon discovered how the sandwich was loaded with bacon.
“I have avoided pork due to my religious beliefs for so many years,” he added. “I was just so sick and disgusted, I couldn’t believe what I had eaten,” he revealed.
The 22-year-old literally opened his sandwich to make sure that what he was thinking was actually the reality and to his dismay, it was pork for sure.
“Even the tiniest bite made me feel so sick, both mentally and physically. For three days, I couldn’t eat anything properly. I preferred to starve myself to try and get over the situation that I had just been through,” he added.
Gundogdu says that although he was physically hungry for so long, he just could not get himself up to eat. “I just kept feeling sick and every time I ate something, I started to gag and vomit,” he adds.
The 22-year-old Burger King customer says that whatever he ate, it reminded him of chewing bacon and it was totally outrageous how the restaurant found it okay to do something like this.
Gundogdu says that the fast-food chain was not very helpful. All they did was apologize and nothing else. “It was so shocking for me,” he concluded.
