Officials in Argentina have confirmed that they have the CCTV footage of the star, moments before his death.
This includes how officials are in possession of the footage that showed how the star fell to his death from his hotel balcony.
As per one local journalist, the video backs up the theory that Payne was unconscious before he ‘accidentally’ fell from the third story of his CasaSur Palermo Hotel on October 16.
This also means that all claims that he took his own life by jumping from the balcony would soon be put to rest.
‘There is a lot of footage that is yet to be released. It shows that Liam faints and tragically because of the location where he is present at the time, he falls to his death”- she added.
‘If he was beside his bed, he would have fallen in his bed. This means the star did not jump deliberately’- the journalist shared.
As of right now, the footage is located in the official case file and is not to be published for public view as it’s investigative property and private content.
The news has left fans devastated as they’ve been saying from the start that he could have been saved and would never take his life on purpose.
