Singer Offset is turning heads after admitting he lied about his wife Cardi B.
The rapper admitted that he was wrong and made up false accusations about his wife cheating on him. And his justification right now is linked to him being high on tequila.
Offset certainly sparked some major backlash after the incident. People were just in awe at what in the world was going on. After all, this was Cardi B, his wife, and the mother of his child.
To say such big words and not worry about the consequences linked to them had people baffled. They called the celeb out and wanted him to know that it’s not alright while his wife opted to refrain from commenting on the situation as a whole.
Offset issued a public apology recently and even had himself provide a justification as to where those words came from. He blamed it on the alcohol he had consumed and how lit it was to really knock him out and speak garbage about someone that means the most to him.
“It was wrong, I apologize to her in front of the world. I lied, she never cheated on me!”- the statement released by him added.
In his last interview, he even gained a lot of attention by referring to his wife as a pitbull at the mouth who tends to say things without even thinking.
People laughed and others were curious as to what was brewing between the two and if their relationship was headed in the wrong direction.
“I admit that my wife has a crazy mouth but she is my partner and at the end of the day, I love her!”- the star added.
