According to reports from local media outlets, the star confirmed during her recently held interview with The Wall Street Journal that she currently resides in Paris, France with her two children.

There was no mention of her husband and whether or not he would be accompanying them anytime soon. Many knew and feared that this was going to be the outcome of the duo’s relationship after her husband was caught red-handed while having an affair with another woman.

While reps of the actress are yet to confirm the news of the official split, it’s quite clear how the statement might be coming sooner than many had hoped for.

Even in August of 2023, the pair were pictured in an awkward stance in public, while trying to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Even then the star refused to wear her wedding band.

And if that was not enough, the leading choreographer from France was pictured with the same younger woman who is reportedly said to be the one who was involved in his alleged affair. The latter is said to be a climate activist and has a major age difference with Portman’s husband.

When the news had broken out in the past, one rep for the celeb confirmed how the pair were still together and would try to do everything to make things work for the sake of keeping their family together.
