While some people prefer to go to the salons for hair coloring, others prefer to do it themselves.

But one mother is revealing her absolute horror when she opted to speed up the process of touching up her roots by herself at home.

The woman says she really wished to speed things up in terms of her hair affair. But little did she know that it would cost her big time and now, she’s reaping the consequences.

Speaking during a recent interview, she revealed how she never knew that overnight success in the form of a major mishap would turn her into a star on the leading platform TikTok.

Nikki claims that she only wished to spruce up her locks in more ways than one. But that really came at a major cost. She turned out to be a weird-looking individual.

To develop the color of the hair dye faster, she opted to cover the locks with a bag from the leading store ASDA but little did she know about the consequences of her actions.

The at-home room kit had instructions that she claims to have followed very carefully. But then all of a sudden, she says that she got the idea to cover up her head with the store’s bag and that left this major logo across her forehead.

‘I was doing my roots and I had the bag on for like 30 minutes’- She explained. After looking at her face in the mirror, she saw specks of green all over her. And it was a bitter reality to follow.
