While he may be old enough to be her grandad, the couple says they are madly in love and don’t care about their 40-year age gap. Therefore, they are now sharing their romance and daily life with their massive fan following. And while some may appreciate the couple for keeping it real, others aren’t so nice.
63-year-old David Simonini says the duo met in February and since then, they’ve never looked back.
“We fell for each immediately. The connection was instant and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that I knew she was the one for me”- he explained.
But the couple is receiving plenty of backlash ever since they’ve decided to go public. It’s almost as if people fail to understand why someone as stunning as this young model would follow a man that was so much older.
Therefore, the comments are mostly revolving around labeling her as a gold digger and trashing her for choosing money over love and ruining her life.
“I feel most people don’t understand our bond. I was never into money. I make my own. I love my boyfriend and we really adore one another. You’d be surprised to learn that we’ve got so much in common too!”- the model concluded.
