‘Homeless’ Man Lives With His ’47 Cats’ Inside His Car Despite Minnesota’s Scorching Hot Weather


A homeless man was found living inside his vehicle in Minnesota recently, despite the scorching hot weather conditions.

According to local media reports, the cats were recently rescued and taken to an animal shelter as the vehicle was seen parked in the most sweltering hot conditions in the southwestern part of the city.

Authorities revealed how the cats had been discovered on Tuesday and happened to be living with the owner, despite the fact that he was now homeless with no place left to go.

“He said he did not wish to leave his animals behind as that would break his heart so he decided it would be a good idea to taken them with him”- the authorities continued.

But the extreme heat conditions were just too severe to bear for a human, let alone an animal and that’s why they were both immediately rescued and found to be in a deprived and awful state.

More reports are indicating how it was the man himself who decided it would be a good option to have the cats rescued as he feared for their wellbeing more than his own.

“He told us that he wanted us to help him. We couldn’t refuse. He was a good man”- mentioned a woman named Ashley who happened to be a part of the animal shelter and rescue services.

Authorities are not sure for how long the man and his family of cats were living in this condition but they did reveal how it had been for some time before he felt it was time to ask for help.

They added that seeing anyone without a home and any air conditioning in this hot and humid weather of Minnesota was just beyond shocking for them. It really opened their eyes to the struggles that some face in this world.
