Actress Margot Robbie has plenty of people talking after making a shocking announcement regarding her career.

The celeb has just seen a massively successful turn of events after her Barbie movie was acknowledged at this year’s Golden Globe Awards.

But it feels like the star is not keen on continuing with acting, anytime soon. She shared the heartbreaking news online, which caused an uproar amongst her fans.

The celeb feels that it’s time to take a break from her career in Hollywood and just live her life on a more low-key level. But she failed to speak about when others can anticipate her return, if any.

“I think people might be sick of my face by now. Therefore, I am taking a break from the world of acting” she continued to mention.

The star’s portfolio featured some major successes during a short period, making her known for her talent and beauty in big blockbuster movies, alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

“I think the time has come for me to disappear from people’s screens for a while. It’s a period I feel is necessary and I don’t know when and for how long, but I’m going on a break”- she explained to her fans.

Robbie added how she strongly felt that announcing this news might make some people shocked but if she appeared in another movie so soon, they might not end up watching it because she’s been appearing in quite a few recently.

But fans disagreed. After seeing Barbie, her new acclaimed fame is one that people cannot seem to get enough of. They were saddened by the news and hoped she wouldn’t disappoint them by quitting altogether or going through a retirement phase so early on in her career.
