Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan welcomed their third child together on Friday morning.
The happy news was announced by the tech mogul and Meta founder who took to Instagram to reveal that his wife gave birth to a baby girl.
The billionaire also shared his third daughter’s name: Aurelia Chan Zuckerberg.
“Welcome to the world, Aurelia Chan Zuckerberg! You’re such a little blessing,” Zuckerberg wrote in his viral post.
The family expansion comes after the couple first publicly announced they were expecting another baby back in September.
At the time, the tech mogul wrote: “Lots of love. Happy to share that Max and August are getting a new baby sister next year.”
Priscilla and Mark met in 2003 while waiting in line for the comfort room at a party for Harvard students.
After their chance meeting, the pair soon began dating and went on to tie the knot nine years later in 2012.
The intimate ceremony came just one day after Facebook hit the internet and began making its way to the top of the social media scene.
Previously, in 2019, Mark spoke out in a candid interview with Gayle King in which he expressed his wish for his children to remain humble despite their family wealth.
“How do you raise children when you can really give them anything, materially, to be grounded?” King asked.
“Well I think, first of all, we don’t give them everything. That’s an important piece, but they also just have responsibilities,” Mark responded.
“They have chores, they have responsibilities. We also take them to work. Mark and I take both of them to the office to see what we do, how we contribute,” Chan added.
Congratulations to the couple on the happy news!
